The striking façade was influenced by the tenant’s focus on leading edge technology. A prominent cantilevered picture window in high performance glass dominates the office’s north elevation, affording views over the estuary.
The building incorporates sustainable construction materials and the warehouse is covered with 312 sqm of solar panels, which was one of the largest areas of solar panels utilised on an industrial building in New Zealand.
This facility provides a home for Panasonic's national head office and distribution centre, accommodating the company's Auckland workforce. The office fit-out design was completed by WMZ Interior.
