The redevelopment of this former Ford car assembly plant in involved an office upgrade, the construction of a new façade and several extensions to the large plant area; culminating in a modern warehouse and office complex.
The end result comprises of 30,000 m2 of warehouse and 3,600 m2 of remodelled office space. Clad primarily in Alucobond and glass, the new façade is further modulated by feature columns at regulated intervals, with horizontal metal cladding separation strips.
With deep penetrating natural lighting and an accentuated feeling of space, the offices project a crisp clean environment; whilst the reception area was designed for a meet and greet function with its comfortable seating, bar area and LCD screens.
