The Gate Industrial Park

Covering 15 hectares of prime industrial land in Penrose Auckland, this project for Macquarie Goodman Property Trust entailed master planning of a complex site. Of the ten plots developed within the site, 7 were designed and documented by WMZ at a combined construction cost of $25 million, built between 2002 and 2007.
