Beumont Street Apartments

This project at the edge of Victoria Park in Auckland is designed to cater for inner-city living within the confines of a genteel park side setting, close to all the amenities offered by the Viaduct Basin and the Victoria Park Market.

The complex is comprised of 28 multilevel three bedroom apartments with a private landscaped courtyard which includes a lap pool, and undercover carparking.

Each apartment is provided with a city or park view, with habitable spaces in an open plan layout and the bedrooms spread over two or three floor levels. The apartment design was based on internal stairways between levels minimising external walkways and ensuring a higher level of privacy.
