This Ponsonby-style café occupies a small corner site in an industrial park in Henderson. Gentrification of character warehouses alongside new commercial premises had created the opportunity for a hospitality operator to serve the businesses that had arrived in the area.
The Domain Café interior features diagonally laid timber boarding wrapped around the walls. Combined with the fresh green acoustic feature panels, this provides a warm interior ambience. Brass-toned metallic trims and new steel windows add character and flood the space with natural light, lending a spacious feel to the compact footprint.
A range of seating options mean the café can cater for both large gatherings and smaller intimate meetings.
