WMZA provided the design direction that created a strong identity for this large-scale retail development in India.
The development is made up of a 47,000 sq.ft hypermarket, several department stores, a multiplex cinema, a 100-room hotel and an open-air communal area. WMZA’s very contemporary façade of this six-storey building wraps around the footprint that was proposed as part of the master plan of this area.
The design brings colour and vibrancy to this retail complex, which is located on a prominent corner of the IBB 1 precinct.
