Stage 1 of the Bayfair Shopping Centre Expansion was completed in early December 2018. This stage includes a Countdown Supermarket, a Cotton On mini-major tenancy, 40 specialty shops and 3 Kiosks. The final design, complimenting the mall’s seaside neighbourhood and laidback vibe, was warmly received by the local residents.
Comprising largely of a new vibrant indoor/outdoor restaurant precinct - aptly named “Dine at Bayfair” - Stage 2 opened to the public in May 2019. The dining experience encompasses 8 different food offerings that range from Burger Burger to Cleaver & Co to The Freeport Tavern.
Stage 3, with its new 7-plex Cinema complex, is due to be completed from April 2020.
