This previously tired Wairau Road car yard was substantially upgraded with the addition of a new double height car showroom and the total refurbishment of the existing workshop at the rear. The initial workshop brief scope was extended during the contract to include the replacement of the old roof. The new showroom boasts full-height façade glazing, creating a sleek and contemporary roadside frontage, that extends the full width of the site to create a striking porte cochere topped off by a circular oculus over the entry driveway.
