A fashion precinct was devised to provide an additional 3500 sqm to the northern end of the established Botany Town centre. The extension houses several high-profile international brands including the H&M and Mecca and also features the WMZ designed Stewart Dawson’s Jewellers. The completed design provides a clear link to the geometry and botanical theme of the original Conservatory. Folded abstract leaf forms form a three-dimensional canopy over the main concourse with backlit perforated bronze skylight reveals providing sparkle and pools of light over the comfort zones. A palette of veined and coloured tiles combined with brass metallic accents and light fittings exudes a sophisticated backdrop to the amenities.
