Fairview, a leader in building systems, has expanded its manufacturing facility at 100 Carbine Road. Stage one was completed in 2019, and the latest stage finished in January 2025. This project underscores Fairview’s commitment to quality and future customer demand. In collaboration with Haydn & Rollett, we developed a building that adds value to the client’s assets, accommodating future growth.

The project involved demolishing old structures and constructing a new office and warehouse, designed for workflow efficiency, productivity, and staff wellbeing.
