WMZA provided the master plan for this 16-hectare site in Lucknow with 300,000 sqm built area. Located alongside the Amar Shaheed Path, which is a regional arterial road, this development includes multiple shopping malls, an office hub, R & D facilities and hotels. The buildings are grouped into zones defined by their various functions, and these separate areas are linked via a central landscaped pedestrian space that serves as the development’s public realm.
