WMZA was responsible for the master plan for this neighbourhood business zone, which breaks down the scale of the development area to better reflect the surrounding medium density neighbourhood. The project covers a 7.8-hectare site and includes hotels, serviced apartments, educational facilities, a medical centre, two shopping malls with multiplex cinemas, and an open market.
