This hotel and apartment development is located on a narrow city fringe site surrounded by established buildings of varying uses and architectural styles. Comprising of studio and 1-bed units, the hotel is aimed at the business traveller market. The apartments occupy the front and upper levels of the building and take advantage of the westerly views. The building design was influenced by the Mt Eden volcanic view shaft restrictions and its constrained site, yet sits comfortably within its street context.
