The extension to this landmark South Auckland mall marked the third stage of its redevelopment and reflected the client’s intent to maximise its presence in this fast-growing area.
WMZA created the master plan for the redevelopment of this 10,460 sqm prime retail space. The works included a new state-of-the-art 10 theatre cinema complex and restaurant area, as well as space for 30 new retail tenants. The existing on-grade carpark was reconfigured into two levels of parking, providing 340 extra carpark spaces.
