The Hobsonville Point expansion has been developed to serve as the retail centre to this area. The shopping village is located between Hobsonville Road and the newly completed State highway 18.
With master planning by WMZA, the development includes a 3970 sqm supermarket, and 20 retail and office tenancies totalling 6,900 sqm, with 380 car parks.
