Built in two over-lapping stages this two office/ warehouse development is for a long-standing client, committed to converting their portfolio into a greener footing. The completed development, on a partially contaminated brownfield site, was successfully awarded a 5 Greenstar design taking (with equivalent built ratings currently being processed).
The nearly 20,000 sqm of warehouse and large drive through loading areas are supported by over 1,500 sqm of office – which were challenging to provide street front profile and access for, at this end of cul-de-sac site.
The buildings share a common design language to help knit the development into a cohesive campus – but with sufficient individuality to satisfy the two corporate tenants (who were actively engaged in the design phases).
