This project is located at the edge of Auckland International Airport and extends across 34 hectares of former farmland.
Besides the master planning of the estate, WMZA designed and documented three of the office and warehouse facilities that were developed within it. One of these is among the largest single-level buildings ever constructed in New Zealand.
Delivered on time and within budget, this project was a Merit winner in the 2007 Property Council of New Zealand Awards.
