On a six-hectare site adjacent to an 18-hole golf course, this development comprises 945 apartments in two and three bedroom configurations. A community building and other on-site leisure facilities are also provided. The design provides a balance between maintaining amenity levels within the site and maximising vistas of the golf course beyond it.
