To fully realise the potential of this small site in Chennai, the design took the form of a nine-storey development with a two-level underground basement. The 28 upmarket units were mostly configured as four-bedroom apartments and arranged in a unique flowing layout. This helped maximise the views out into the site’s landscaped surrounds while maintaining privacy from one another. A clubhouse and cinema were also included in the development, with a swimming pool alongside.
