Print management and logistics specialist Trio commissioned a modern warehouse and office facility on a new site in Highbrook. The client was looking for a building that complemented its business strategy as providers of smart systems. WMZA worked closely with Trio’s management to develop a functional and dynamic building that has generated cost savings while also enhancing workflow efficiency, productivity and staff wellbeing. The exterior office façade utilises a combination of high performance glass and sun shade louvres to reduce energy consumption and provide a distinctive look to the building.
