The Van Den Brink building is located on a prominent corner in Auckland’s Manukau precinct, and is the head office of the Van Den Brink group of companies. It was specifically designed to give a sense of solidity and presence on the site. The building is a concrete frame structure with shaped precast concrete panels that provide an articulated depth to the façade. The building has a mix of hospitality, banking and corporate tenants which, in combination with a welcoming landscaped courtyard, provide a meeting place for many in the business community of the area.
