Waldorf Stadium Apartments Hotel is a 10-level 4.5 star hotel and serviced apartment complex located in Auckland’s Quay Park & Waterfront (Quba) precinct. With a total of 265 rooms, the hotel offers short and long-term accommodation. There’s a choice of serviced studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom furnished apartments. The brief was to design a hotel that complemented a sub-precinct that includes commercial, retail and apartment developments around a central car park. A prerequisite for approval was to provide through-site pedestrian linkages for ease of access from the adjacent Britomart Railway Terminus to the Vector Arena stadium.
